How do I choose the right UPS for my business?
Start with the equipment that must stay on, its power requirements and the runtime you need. Ask Powermode to confirm the load, electrical supply, battery capacity and installation requirements.
How long will a UPS keep my equipment running?
Runtime depends on the connected load, usable battery capacity, battery condition and system configuration. A UPS power rating alone does not tell you its runtime. We can help size the UPS and battery bank together.
Can I replace lead-acid batteries with lithium-ion?
The UPS or inverter must be compatible with the battery voltage, charging settings, protection and communications. Share your equipment model and current battery configuration so Powermode can confirm a suitable replacement.
Does Powermode provide nationwide support?
Yes. Powermode supports sites through its National Service Footprint, with hubs in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and East London. On-site response and service commitments are defined in your service agreement.
